At Dash Cam Chaos, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience:

Damaged Items: We offer refunds and/or exchange vouchers for items that arrive damaged during shipping. To initiate a return, please provide photo evidence of the damaged item attached to your message along with your order number in our Contact Us page within 20 days of delivery. Once verified, we will issue a 100% refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 1-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Customer Responsibility: Any items damaged by the customer outside of the shipping process are not covered under our return policy. Customers are liable for damages incurred due to mishandling or misuse of the product.

Faulty Systems: In the rare event that a product appears physically intact but exhibits faulty functionality, we will gladly provide a full refund upon verification.

Please Understand we only provide refunds for damaged products. Change of mind will not result in a refund.
